About Greenvine Baptist Church

Greenvine Baptist Church started as the Ebenezer German Baptist Church on the third Sunday in October of 1861 under the leadership of a young German immigrant, Frank Kiefer.  The current sanctuary was completed in 1879 and received an extensive renovation in 2015-16 taking it back to its near authentic beauty.  We are a member of the North American Baptist Conference.

Pastor Jack's Welcome

On behalf of the folks here at Greenvine Baptist, let me invite you to a place that my wife, Karen and I have called home for almost 9 years.  We were welcomed like family and have had a wonderful experience settling here.  We have a great extended family.

Our worship is a combination of contemporary and classic hymns.  Our preaching is verse-by-verse in a book of the Bible.

Currently we are studying  the book of 1 Peter on Sunday mornings, The Psalms on Sunday evenings, and the book of Galatians on Wednesday evenings.  We welcome you and your family to be a part of our family.

The people are friendly, the fellowship sweet.  The food is wonderful when we have a meal together.  Our time together is always enjoyable and a learning experience for all.

Maybe that’s why we say, “When you’re here, you’re home!”
